KYLIE DWYER

Kylie is an industry leader, co-founder of Elite Hair Education and developer of the Scissor Licence Program. Kylie commenced in the hairdressing industry in 1986 as a stylist, eventually becoming a salon owner and progressing to be a professional educator in 2003.

Kylie developed training systems for some of Australia’s largest salon groups, she has been a mentor for the AHC and a board member for Professional Salon Society, which allows her to continually work closely with apprentices around Australia and inspire them to be the best hairdresser they can be.

PHOEBE SHAW

Master Colour Educator

Phoebe is an expert colour educator and guest artist for major Australian and international hair colour companies. Phoebe has been a freelance colourist in the USA, working with Town & Country Magazine and has worked on various campaigns in Australia, most recently with Seafolly.

Phoebe facilitates our foiling workshops and inspires confidence in hairdressers to raise the technical standard of hairdressing throughout the country.

MICK DWYER

Business Consultant

Mick Dwyer is a book author, app developer and consultant at pricingyourservices.com a company he founded in 2010.

Mick’s previous involvement in the hairdressing industry was as co-founder of Elite Hair Education and as a salon owner/manager with two salons and a team of 25 stylists for over for 21 years.

Mick graduated from the Canadian Coaching Council and was an Australian National and NSW womens sports coach. This knowledge and experience in training and management has allowed him to develop systems and training strategies for some of the largest salon groups in Australia.
