REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY


Scissors:

If you’re not 100% happy with your choice, contact and return your scissors to Elite Scissors within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.


Online Product Shop Purchases:

You have 14 days to contact Elite Hair Education and organise to return your items to the supplier or manufacturer for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition. The refund will be provided using your original payment method. The Third Party Supplier or manufacturer that has supplied your goods is responsible for determining the amount and method of your Refund or repair.

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees from the supplier and manufacturer that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. We reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.


Workshops Ticket Purchases:

You have purchased a non refundable ticket for the workshop shown. Valid for the advertised date and for postponed dates as determined by EHE. Your ticket is transferable and can be used by yourself or any person that you nominate. We have allowed you 7 days to cancel your booking after your invoice has been issued, in this period you can have your ticket price refunded.
